Sale products ring up full price. Then you have to spend more time to go back to get yoyr overcharged money back. Time, fuel, and money spent to correct their error. Check your reciept before you leave. Oh and manager left when I asked for him.

Went in the store to buy a laser printer. 3 different associates warned me that the toner cartridge that comes with the unit will only print 10 pages and I needed to buy a $50 toner cartridge in order to print the 30 pages I needed that night. I found it hard to believe that the starter cartridge would only print so few pages so I ignored them and took the unit home. After researching the printer I bought it turns out that the starter cartridge will print about 600 sheets. Clearly the 3 associates who tried to hard sell me are either ignorant of the products in the store or are interested in making a sale. My guess is that it is option 2. I will not be back to this store.

I have gone there a couple of times for print jobs and each time they delivered the goods. This last time, the young lady who was on duty, took my file and handed me the job back completed, 15 minutes later. Very pleased with her handling. (The day prior I had actually gone to another Staples where I was unable to get the file printed. The personnel on duty at this other Staples, a young girl and a man, both had no clue what to do with the file to get the job done). Needless to say I was really happy that someone was able to handle it in 15 minutes. Then I was looking for a toner cartridge. They didn't have the one I was looking for. A gentleman took me to their console where he helped me order it online and had it delivered the following day to my home. The staff is actually seeing that people are being serviced. Appreciated.
