Worst company ever...stay away from this thives. They do have a licence to commit fraud..and steal .

Awesome experience overall with the company and the customer service !! They were friendly, listened to my concerns and addressed them well ! The rates were good and I was able to get the quotes I wanted within the budget I had.

Strongly recommend to trying them out !

Stay far away from this company! They messed up my parents bank account and then made it seem like they were doing them a favor by not charging them for a bounced check that THEY MADE BOUNCE!!! They messed up on their side by charging it to the wrong account making my parents get charged on their account for it. And then to have the nerves to say since my mom had been through so much they'd wave the fee for the bounced check that they screwed up on!! I repeat DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!!!

STAY AWAY from Estrella Insurance / Star Casulaty!! They gave me an initial quote then withdrew much more from my bank account. After paying them off and cancelling my contract with them. They sent me a bill for $125 but never explained what its for. When I tried to contact them they never ever pickup the phone. CROOKS STAY AWAY!!! They say u can look up your account online..its a lie. I found good coverage for about the same price with Formost Insurance and their website works just fine. If u have to pay $100 more for insurance DO IT ...don't do business with Estrella you will regret it!!!!
