I have to say as a very detail oriented and client based person, Mike Carcas at Great Florida Insurance is top notch and on point with my needs! His quick and accurate responses are beneficial in the busy environments we deal with on a daily basis. I have better rates and a direct contact with those who are providing me a service! I would absolutely recommend Mike as your carrier of all kinds of insurance!

I am consistently impressed with the service and disposition of Mike and Miguel Carcas. I know that I am in good hands with them supervising both my home and car insurance accounts. Should premiums rise, they are there to research and provide me with the best options for my circumstance and budget. When I do have a question or inquiry, their responses are always prompt and courteous. I am very grateful to work with GreatFlorida Insurance and wouldn't dream of changing providers!

I've had Great Florida Insurance for many years. But what separates them from the rest is there customer service. Mike Carcas has gone above and beyond what other agencies dream of doing for their customers. From calling to see how my family is doing to getting me quotes from different companies 2-3 times year to try to save me some money. Something as simple as sending a get well email, a simple text to say hi, or a Christmas card during the holidays are just some examples of what customer service is all about. I would to thank Mike and his team for surpassing my expectations. They should be viewed as the Gold Standard for customer service. Thank you Mike.
