Danny was great! The system went down and he kept rolling with it with no issues and about 10 people in line. Everyone was friendly and all around a great experience.
I like this location of Starbucks across the street from the Tabor Center because of its relatively large size and the number of tables and seats available. I think the high ceilings helps to make the feel place larger than it really is, perhaps? It can get really busy depending on the time of the day, so I try to avoid 800-900 hour, and it usually works well in finding a place to sit. Lots of big windows to let natural light on, too
The Paltry-est Mocha I Have Ever Received. -That's the title of this review, if you're wondering. This was actually offensive. Coworkers and I ordered via the app, and I made a point to see that whipped cream was selected as an option. Pictured - you will find the drink as I received it - seemingly made with hate, where my preference is for love. No whipped cream was present, but in it's place there was a seeming absence. A full inch and a half of empty cup greeted me. I worked at Starbucks previously and am very familiar with the product. This was not even a tall's worth of mocha. If these things weren't ridiculously over priced, it would be one thing. But they are, so it's another thing. It's offensive. Also, just not a good mocha. Milk wasn't steamed correctly, maybe not quite the right proportions or something too, or old shots of espresso were used. It was not good. It was bad. I keep saying I'm going to completely boycott Starbucks, and I think this experience will help my resolve. Thank you for that!
The team here is Grrreeat! trained, friendly engaging Warm. When I think of a barista I think of them a must of proper organized action. Service Excellent! Well worth walking just one block south of 16th Street. If you enjoy it well kept clean and a open/larger Starbucks then this one's for you. Alrighty be seeing you guys and gal! .

All I have to say about this place is Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. . Also dispite this location bein right in the heart of downtown Denver its never super busy when I go, which is nice.Service: 5/5
Since the one on Blake closed this is the closest. I get a drink and some egg bites and sit at a table and people watch. A nice slow break from work.Food: 5/5
Fyi, no public bathrooms! Employees only! Service was quick and friendly. I just got a coffee. This is located on 16th street mall street!Service: 5/5

It's a Starbucks like anyone expects but the bathroom is closed for customers a half hour before closing which is inconvenient.Food: 5/5
