After experiencing some bad times I decided to leave a comment, if this even gets read by the manager. I love this location, it's right off the freeway which is why I come here almost daily. I am in the customer service business which I think gives me the right to say this store has horrible customer service with the exception of maybe 2 employee (whom I do not remember the names of). It appears I am not the only person complaining about this location which tells me the manager isn't managing correctly. This location is EXTREMELY understaffed and slow both inside and out. The employees seem to have no interest in getting you your coffee in a timely manner. I will be asking to speak with the manager when I have time to do so, but I hope they read these reviews.

Sometimes drinks aren't exactly how I like them, it's rare but they're always willing to fix it, and for that they deserve 5 stars!

Go here all the time because it's close to my work, but they are getting slower and slower. They have gotten quite a few of my orders wrong also. Can't keep up with traffic inside or in the drive through. I ordered ahead and still didn't get my drink for 15 minutes. Some of the staff aren't very friendly, but there are some good ones. They just need to be faster. If I had another one closer to my work, id go elsewhere.

Its a busy Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon, but they manage well! I had phenomenal service with my confusing request. I rate this place a 4 out of 5 because I asked what my total price would be and she ended up giving my wrong price at the end. Also, the store was a bit dirty but not noticably disgusting. It could use a more consistent cleaning. All in all, they was enough parking space and I did not feel lost.
