It obvious a place changes whether from good to bad when new personal arrives. Dude closed the door on me and didn’t cared I said I had a mobile order. I could see it seating on the shelve from the curve. He pointed to go through drive thru and walked away. I’m pretty sure he could’ve heard me say I have a mobile order. If he cared to have decent customer service he could’ve asked for name and see my order was ready and not make me wait 15 minutes. Once I went through the drive through I saw they picked up the drink I saw through the door.
My husband just called me because he was refused service at the Northridge fashion mall location, Nordoff and Tampa. He was going through the drive-through, and was simply trying to clarify his order with the barista so she would get it correctly. When he arrived at the drive-through window, the manager. Tommy told my husband that clarifying his order was being rude, and he refused service to him. my husband has patronized that location for over four years since we own a business 1 mile away. I personally work for American Airlines in premium customer service and the behavior that Tommy the manager displayed towards my husband was completely unacceptable! my husband was so upset that he called me right after the encounter and I then contacted Tommy the manager by phone. Tommy gave me a half hearted apology and a half hearted excuse that he was training the barista, and that she had had an overwhelming day and couldn’t take much more. I then responded to Tommy that I have been a supervisor in aviation and have trained many crewmembers. Never ever would I refuse service to a customer simply because they were trying to clarify something that they were saying, especially since my husband did it in a calm manner. I told him that there are ways to de-escalate situation if he felt that my husband’s clarification wasn’t up to his standard and that never ever in the over 20 years I have been a Starbucks customer have I ever seen this type of horrible treatment! I hope this message carries some weight with the corporate headquarters because if Tommy is the type of manager you have working for your company, then you were going to lose business, since you have already lost ours!
Normally I love starbucks, but one of the reasons I have enjoyed my coffee at their stores is fast to at least reasonably speedy wifi. While this stores coffee is typically of good Starbucks quality, it's wifi speed is terrible. I'll provide a photo of the results from one of two speed tests both having the same result I had done to confirm my feeling. Also as the shop seems quite popular, it's parking during the time of my visit 0930 was not easy. In short, good coffee, but if you would like a reasonable wifi connection, it doesn't exist here, at least during the time of my visit. After sitting over an hour at this store I noticed a table with 5 chairs uncleaned during the entire time of my visit, solely do to the fact the baristas have no time, understaffed IMO .
My husband who has patronized this particular location for more than four years was disrespected by their manager. Tommy simply because he was training a new hire, and my husband was attempting to clarify his order, so that it would be done correctly. Tommy then took it upon himself to refuse service to my husband. I will be reaching out to the corporate office regarding this matter, especially since we have given thousands of dollars to Starbucks since it’s inception. I also am a business owner, as well as a supervisor for major airline. Never ever would I allow my staff or myself to treat a customer the way they treated my husband. Do not, do not go to this location ever if you want decent customer service!
Had such a busy morning I didn't have any time to make myself a quick coffee before having to leave my home to run a few errand. As my morning began with a quick meeting at an office a few towns over I made the decision to stop at this Starbucks for a Sweet Cream Vanilla Cold Brew and a Turkey and Pesto Sandwich! The drink was great, I added cinnamon on top and the sandwich was perfectly heated! Will be stopping by again!
Terrible! They have terrible customer service. Have never been unhappy till last night. They didn't make the drinks right and when asked to fix it they gave such a attitude that I regretted it....
My starbucks was not even made to what the sticker that is on the cup. I payed $6.50 I tried to go back but there was a line from the drive thru was out to the street. I could not get in either side. I tried to call and now one answers. I don't know how to get a hold of them. So here it is for everyone to know what happen today.
Drink had way to much ice. Only had a few sips of coffee
The breakfast bites I ordered were extremely good the coffee was top notch and the sales gal @ drive thru very niceFood: 4/5
