I ordered an espresso and before I even paid for it it was ready, I figured that was a very fast service. When I got the cup it felt like empty, I opened the cover and there was the smallest amount of coffee I ever had in my life. I asked the cashier if there was the right amount of coffee and in a very indifferent manner he replied that’s the amount we serve. I mentioned to him that’s a rip off and left. As soonest I went outside I tasted the coffee, the taste was like very hot water coming out of overused coffee feeling stale. I didn’t bother going back even if I was outside the store because I wasn’t in mood for arguments. Definitely not the right place for espresso try Dunkin’ Donuts espresso cheaper and better.
I got in and out within 5 minutes. I thought my drink was difficult to make but the barista guy helped me on it and made it exactly what i wanted. Nice!
Incredibly rude employee! I stopped by and explained to the man working that I’m pregnant and desperately need to use the restroom but he was so rude and abrupt in his response shooing me away. I had no issue making a purchase and understand that their restrooms are currently set up as employee only but I explained to him that I’ve went to multiple places before and with my pregnancy I really need to go but he wouldn’t even make proper eye contact and was just unbelievably rude. I am visiting from Canada and have traveled to many cities in the states and always go to Starbucks but have never experience such horrible customer service before.
Had a not-so-great experience. The line was short but the wait for lattes was .... 14 minutes and the wait for Cold buster coffee was 15. The barista Stella was one of the rudest I've experienced. She talked poorly about everyone who was waiting. She talked about their drink choices, their attitudes and their audacity to order something complex. She then was passive aggressive about people not giving her attitude ;by thanking her for "being polite". Wouldn't come back here for the wait times and lack of customer service.
This starbucks is the worst. Ordered a cold brew with cascara foam and they took forever making it. I literally stood there watching him make it and he was like watching my drink to see the "foam go down." I heard him literally say out loud "Why isn't the foam going down?" Then he scrapped it off the top with the lid and put that lid on. So now I'm stuck with this cold brew with foam dripping down the sides. I taste it and it tasts SO BAD. I've ordered this drink before and it has never tasted like this. I saw the same guy who was making my drink make the order before mine and he opened the honey packets with his teeth. Then after putting the honey in the drink he put the packets back into his mouth to suck on the rest while making my drink. The last time I ordered the Nitro cold brew with cascara foam at another location, they put on top like a brown sugar powder on top, which of course this guy did not do. So I tried adding my own where the sugar and napkins are and of course nothing is stocked and everything is super dirty. Also, I've been to this Starbucks location before when I put in a mobile order for A TALL BLONDE and I waited like 15 mins before I got so fed up I asked the worker about it and they said that their machine that takes mobile orders has been broken. Like, who is the manager of this location anyways?
They didn’t have change they said so I couldn’t get a coffee.
Great location right by Fulton Station. Ordered sou vide egg bites thru the mobile app. Took all of 5 min to get my order. The two ladies working the line that morning were efficient and handling multiple tasks seamlessly.
Mobile ordered at 6 am 11/10/19 and then went to the store. Store was not open as late as 630 and I was charged for my drink. No apology and no refund. Total fail.
Don’t bother waiting in line for any type of sandwich here. They’re out everytime. Must be bad management!
Huge shout out to the employee who gave me a pair of latex gloves so that I could take my licensing exams COVID requirement because I forgot to bring some. You are the best!!!
