I placed my order at the drive-through speaker about an hour ago. Pulled around to pick it up and sat there behind another car. Sat there some more. The car in front of me pulled off. I pulled up to the pick-up window and sat there, and sat there and sat some more. There were now a couple of vehicles behind me at this point. The window never moved, but I heard laughing going on behind it. Finally the window opened and the cashier handed me my coffee as though nothing was wrong. No apology. No nothing. This has got to be the WORST Starbucks I’ve even been to in this area. Thank goodness for Spearhead.

Last nights Halloween party’s conversation was way too important to take my order. Walked away after 5 minutes of listening to the employees talk amongst each other

No line, 2 employees.  Never got served. They would rather talk about a Halloween party.  Do better or close.Food: 1/5

I just had a great customer service experience at this store. I've never had BAD customer service at a Starbucks, but it's usually with a forced and hurried smile. I have food sensitivities and Haley very cheerfully checked on ingredients for me, despite the fact that she was the only staffer and I was not the only customer waiting for a beverage. Thank you for the the sweet and genuine service, Haley! I will be back. :

I'm not usually a huge Starbucks fan... but I received a gift card for Christmas and stopped by to use it. I have to say, the Toasted White Chocolate Mocha was really good and the Impossible Breakfast sandwich might just be my new fave! Still not gonna spend $5.50 on an 800 calorie coffee everyday... but, I will definitely stop by for a sandwich and a coffee now and then. And my granddaughter loves those cake pops... so they can't be all bad!

I didn't say anything just waited to see how long I could stand at the register with no one noticing I wanted place an order.  I left after 4 minutes. This was several months ago now. Other times I certainly had no problems, however, if I go to Starbucks it will be down the street.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in this area. Nice & friendly, right off the freeway and they always get my order right. I usually use the drive-thru but the interior is warm & welcoming with a mellow atmosphere if you're looking for a place to enjoy your coffee & pastries.

Very friendly with a steady moving line just about anytime. During their hours of operation! Great customer service even with new employees just learning the ropes of the operation. There are a number of regulars at this very busy transient location. The personnel seem to get to know them well and acknowledge them accordingly. Even in the drive thru. The personnel seem quite adept at voice recognition that concedes with repeated orders. Very impressive!

I gave this Starbucks Coffee another try, however, to no avail I ended up with a really bad stomach ache. I have really tried to give  Starbucks a go however, I still end up with a stomach ache. I go to other coffee shops and do not have any problems. I just don't understand why?
