I just went up there today, I think the barista workings name was makenzie? THE BEST EVER SHES MY FAVORITE BARISTA, if I could giver her 10 stars I would. Great experience. 10/10 recommend this store just because of her!!!!!!!

Friendly workers and nice place to sit and have a coffee

One of the most inefficient Starbucks in the state of Michigan. Be prepared for around a 30 minute wait on average with no apologies given, as staff run around like headless chickens. It’s worth it just to go to the nearby Starbucks on target.

SEVERLY understaffed. Not just a once-off. It's always understaffed. It's a real problem when you need to wait 30 mins for a drink. I avoid this place when possible.Food: 5/5

This location used to not be very friendly, that has changed. They are all so friendly now. However, if you order milk in a coffee they add so much it doesn’t look like coffee anymore, and when you request to blu have a muffin warmed they always warm it anyway. My muffin is always warmed no matter if I order in store or on the app.

i went in to Starbuck i told her i want this drink and told her i want this drink and i was with my mom and she said" okay its on the house" and it tested so good

Normally this is my go to Starbucks on the way to work I usually place a mobile order and I went there Monday morning got my coffee everything seamed fine and then as I was drinking my coffee I noticed the milk was curdled and had to dump it and throw it out

Met a friend here for coffee. Was told there'd be a 45 minute wait!! Seriously ridiculous! They told us we could go to target ! Seriously???Service: 1/5

Bit of a wait, busy inside and long line for the drive thru.  Staffed well but just really busy.  Worth the wait!  Coffee exactly how I asked for and the cinnamon coffee cake was nice and hot.  Enjoyed sitting in my car and listening to my music.
