Here’s my experience here, if you’re going to read it l, read all of it:  Menu was very confusing, flavors were not described very well, ended up getting a mango drink that had pepper flakes in it and it was absolutely disgusting, however that was my fault for not specifically asking exactly what was in it. Also there card reader didn’t work right so i had to pay in cash, However i would like to alter this review and let everyone who reads this know that the just because of my bad experience this one time doesn’t mean I won’t be going back. I recently received a call from the owner himself and he wanted to resolve the issue i had, he asked me about the issues and is addressing them as he can. I think the fact that the people who work here and run it are willing to listen to customers is an amazing thing and just to clarify my girlfriend got a drink as well and she loved it.

My boyfriend and I are big fans of boba tea and Z’s Bubble Tea did not disappoint! The employees were super friendly and it has an awesome menu. I would recommend 100%! We will be going back asap. Pictured is vanilla milk tea and strawberry/lemon with green tea

Never had bubble tea before, gave this place a try and it’s delicious. Many options to try. Had the Red Bull boba and will be coming back for more. Used the online ordering which was very easy to use and my order was ready to pick up very fast. Employee inside was very nice and everyone was welcoming.

Drink was absolutely delicious and blew me away, the wait was so worth it to have such delicious boba near my home. Staff are exceptional and super friendly, plus willing to help you with any questions and work around allergies.

Customer service is excellent. Decor is super cute, a lot of photo opportunities. Great parking. Kid friendly. Love the option of sugar percentage in drink.Service: 5/5

First time coming into Z's and going to say, I loved it! I got the oreo bubble tea and they had Oat Milk thankfully. It was an amazing treat and the comic decor was an awesome touch! While talking to them, they mentioned how it's family owned and about their other location in Plymouth next to a comic book store. Staff was nice/friendly and would recommend. Where do I start? From the door handle to the floor to the counter and windows this place was a magical experience. The gentleman there, I believe his name was Fami, was just so inviting. As for the actual drink…SUPERB. I will 100% be a repeat customer.

Went in this afternoon and the staff was amazing. Taught me all about the menu, as a first time bubble tea customer that was very helpful! Will be returning, delicious teas and macarons.

My daughter loves bubble tea, so when she found out one was open3d near us we had to go. I had some of hers and it was GREAT. Will definitely be back againFood: 4/5
