Literally if your not a morning person or don’t know your own menu then you should not be at the counter, the lady took my order and assumed I wanted vanilla or chocolate when I said the simplest order then presumed to walk away after I politely said thank you for fixing my order if I could go to another location I would but unfortunately this is closest to me. Don’t be rude it makes you ugly it’s already bad enough your teeth aren’t the best ;
Great location, and nice Starbucks atmosphere. Strange that my wife had to scan the bar code of a bottled drink on her own, in order to purchase it. Though how little it may seem, it came across to me as a supermarket experience of bagging one's own groceries at check-out. Furthermore, my 'grande' sized cappuccino drink had about approximately 30% of liquid and 70% of foam. Regarding that, perhaps that was a good thing, given the amount of caffeine within those type of drinks.
Your usual Starbucks, with all the usual, standardized Starbucks stuff in this case ALL of it, unlike other stores; but this one excels in its baristas and team members. They are a happy machine! They know exactly what the do, they do it fast, they do it right and always with a welcoming attitude and a smile. If you go, tip well. The team deserves it.
The best Starbucks. I do mobile order most days and it is always ready in about 5 minutes regardless of how busy it is. Always done right.
Becca went above and beyond today, I am injured I called in to see if she could bring me a coffee out to my car, since it was a hassle for me to get out and use my crutches. She was so sweet and Obliged. I appreciate the kindness, Thanks Becca, give that girl a raise!!!
I do love this Starbucks but I thought my recent experience was worth sharing. When I studied their last week, not only did I have to brush off the crumbs, and disinfect 1/3rd of the community table but many staff members saw me do this and customers too and they did/said nothing. I wasn’t even offered a rag! I used my own precautionary COVID wipes. So if you plan on stopping in, you may want to bring some kind of wipe or cloth to clean off your area before you sit!
Had to come by to leave another review! The staff at this particular Starbucks just go above and beyond. They make my day everyday! I so much look forward to seeing all of their smiling faces! 5/5 on everything! Absolutely the best part of my day is coming here!
Great staff, always gets our order right!
I frequently visit this location due to being close to work... The staff is always very friendly and greets me every morning. The only complaint I have is parking can be a challenge at times.
amazing customer service! kudos especially to the older gentleman, i love how caring he is and he'll go out of his way to make sure you get what you ordered! i feel welcome in here and get a large majority of my schoolwork done : very clean and great atmosphere!
