Hands down the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Team is always on point, even during the busy morning rush. Fast, efficient, enthusiastic. I wish I knew his name, but there is one gentleman in particular who has the most wonderful energy and attitude. He goes out of his way to make everyone have a stellar experience and great start to their day. Please give this guy and this team raises for making such a positive impact on so many lives each day. Vegetarian options: Thanks for having vegetarian options. Next step would be gluten free options! Hard to come by and life is hard with an allergy.
this is THE best starbucks in the area. there are a couple stores closer to home, but sometimes my parents & i will take the extra time to go here. the partners are super kind & amicable. drinks come out super quick, with PERFECT consistency & taste every time. they always do it right here keep up the great work, everyone, i appreciate you so much!!! Vegetarian options: they have some vegan/vegetarian options such as chickpea protein snack box vegan. not a LOT to choose from, but they do have it if you need a vegan/vegetarian snack in a pinch. you can also turn some drinks vegan, such as the matcha latte - just substitute dairy milk for your favorite nondairy milk! Parking: plenty of parking spots available around the store, looks to be at least 25 spaces. Wheelchair accessibility: wheelchair accessible parking spaces in front of the store. the store itself is wheelchair accessible as well.
I’ve been coming here just about every day for a few months now, and I just have to say how wonderful all the staff is at this location. Every person I’ve interacted with here has been so kind and lovely and just brightens my day!! The drinks are of course wonderful, but I keep coming back for the awesome baristas
My mom took me to Starbucks, we went through the drive-thru. I had a iced caramel macciato and some warmed banana nut bread both were awesome. The service was great as well. They were very patient as my mom placed her order.Food: 5/5
The bathrooms are spotless even though it was before 8:00 a.m. but they were wonderful they made sure my order was correct they made sure if I wanted whipped creamer or not even though I didn't say so at the register because you forget those kind of things if whipped cream comes on it or not cuz you're not used to it at other places so it was very very awesome that they asked you pretty much when they're finishing up your drink did you want real cream no I do not Thank you for asking You're very welcome very polite very professional when I worked at Starbucks I wish I had employees like that
Amazing service!! I placed a mobile order and accidentally selected the wrong store. I showed up here and a nice lady didn't get her name asked me "Hi my love, do you have a mobile order?" And we figured out I placed it at another store accidentally. She immediately offered to make my order 2 frappes and 2 egg bites and got it out SO FAST. It was also a custom drink order and it was made perfectly by the baristas here. And she didn't charge me for having to make my order. The food and drinks were delicious and fresh. I'm so thankful! Thank you mystery Starbucks lady! Youre so sweet. Dietary restrictions: Had my drink made for the keto diet, and ordered the keto friendly egg bites :

I’d left Starbucks back in 2014 when I lived in mid Illinois. The one store I frequented hired a racist barista who refused to serve people of color. The store manager and district manager were made aware of this. They said she just needed more training. Sometimes we make decisions based on what we think the outcome of a situation should be. In this case, Starbucks handling of this situation was negligent and whitewashed - more training! I could not make this up and decided we had to part ways. My skin color maybe different, but my money is green. This is just a brief synopsis of my backstory. Still have the emails of the conversation between myself and Starbucks management team! 2020 found an old gift card and was curious if any $$$ was left. Yup! I had a whole $.37 cents remaining. Hey! It’s money so I ordered a cup yup...after 6 years. The barista was white, cheerful and seemed to be genuine in her intent to learn how my day was going. Obviously, being Starbucks cynical...I intently listened for some canned questions and responses. This barista was genuine and made me think their might be some hope for Starbucks after all. She actually made my day and I sincerely appreciated her enthusiasm, and the genuine content of our conversation. Anyhow, I don’t say that likely. My years on this planet has harden my cynicism with ferreting out racism, discrimination and unequal treatment. They still have to earn my business! Anyhow, I recharged my card and will make a guest appearance and observe how I’m treated. I don’t think my interaction was a fluke with regards to the young lady who assisted me. She is the embodiment of the type of employees Starbucks should be hiring, training and retaining. The real test is to see if the service is as consistent as the coffee.
When the clermont starbucks closest to me failed me by having no advance ordering or in store pickup or walking in at all, this Starbucks had my back. I got breakfast here twice the past couple days with my gift card and it was great. Even though i ordered in store my food and drink came fairly quickly and this Starbucks didn't make me late.
Nice coffee. Fast drive through nice packages. Nice dessert or sandwiches and bakery. Nice stop to grab a cup of coffee or ice drink or smoothies before work or lunch break during weekdays and weekends. Really good like Starbucks. Hope they have more gift products such like cups mugs or kids toys for sale. I bought in other states before the mugs or key chains are so cute. Why Florida don’t have those. Hope they have some we would like to buy a lot.
