*Horrendous parking lot for big vehicles or new drivers* The parking lot is the only reason I'd pick any other Starbucks before this one.  The Starbucks is great, nice staff. Inconsisten time, sometimes they're super quick other times you have to wait at least 10 minutes.  *No drive thru*

Only close Starbucks open in the Memphis area close to me. Packed with people today because of the water issues in the city of Memphis. This location is in Germantown. I was in and out in probably 5 minutes. Outstanding performance with all the pressure and standing room only.Food: 5/5

My second day visiting this Starbucks location!! I am highly satisfied! They got my order perfect both days. I will return. Their Frappuccinos are perfect consistency and NOT WATERY!!

This Starbucks is quieter cozier and the baristas get to know their customers. There are regulars who come and most acknowledge each other or exchange conversation. Mostly everyone is friendly.

This location does not have a drive through, wasted gas and time when going to this area. Google states it’s a drive through and clearly there isn’t one.

I really like this Starbucks but I was disappointed with my visit there last week. It was my first time to order the Apple Crisp Macchiato. It asked for it upside down so it would be well blended. When the barista gave me my drink I could see all the syrup at the bottom. I was not impressed considering it was $7 coffee.

The Starbucks we visited at Germantown and poplar was absolutely fantastic! The young lady working the counter was incredibly polite, friendly and very helpful as well! Very nice calm vibe, clean facility and I will frequent this location whenever I'm in that part of town!

Great store great people great drinks… And Buck likes it too
