I wait 30 minutes for 1 order and the food is cold. I see the employes playing and talking too much. My burger is a half patty too, looks like bited. This is the most bad experience I have in my life this never happened to me. I never pay 11.10 in one quarter pounder regular this place was crazy. I give 1 star because I need to put some but the experience is fatal.

I believe her name was Karen, she was a awesome person to be greeted by. She was so helpful and I have never experienced this type of good customer service at a McDonald's.  The place was clean and there was singing by staff. This group employees appeared to enjoy working with people.  Kudos to the manager on duty.  Parking: Plenty of parking

I ordered a 6 piece nugget kids meal and when we opened what was supposed to be the chicken nuggets it was cookies. Update: Just tried the cookies and they aren't even good

If i could put 0 stars i would. Easily the worst McDonalds I’ve been to by a LONG shot. Every-time i go they either make the worst big Mac I’ve ever tasted in my life or forget half my meal. The employees are always extremely rude and playing or fighting around in the back. I only go here when absolutely necessary. Super annoying its in such a convenient spot too.

Went there this morning, lunch menu was up. After several failed attempts at being coherent, the lady on the drive thru explained that they were only serving breakfast at the moment. When I said, "well how would I know what to order?" She said l, "you would know if you were a regular McDonald's customer."  Priceless

I Oder 65 dollars worth of food for me and my kids..and it was so dammmm NASTY!! my fries was hard, it tasted like the fries have been sitting out all day..I would have thought it would have been fresh after I waited in the long line..the bun tasted burnt.. I’m so mad at this point.. Once I got home & got situated i called them to let them know I was not pleased at all but of course nobody did not answer.. I really hope the next customer doesn’t experience the same situation.. This Mac Donald’s gets ZERO STARS!!!  I WILL NOT GO BACK I WILL GO ACROSS TOWN  BEFORE I GO BACK THERE!! Sad to say but it’s the truth!!!

EAT, SIT AND CHAT A WHILE...a popped in this particular McD's after running around and had the perchance meeting with a security guard.  He sat minding his business but, I made it my business to stop over and say hello.  From there a wonderful conversation ensued from which I learned about a rather fulfilling life rich with history from having served during the Vietnam War, to being an over the road truck driver you have to give our truck drivers some props for the long nights and days on the road.  He was twice retired or should I say three times, Military, and from Kroger and FedEx.  He was quite a pleasure to talk to and yet what amazed me the most was his desire after all this to keep as active and engaged as possible.  He didn't want to just sit at home so, one again he embarked on another opportunity to add value as he'd done all his life.  I found that while sitting there chatting the environment was quite amenable to our conversation in that the high chairs brought us close enough to share a common area as we glanced at the news off and on and even with the play area in the back it was disturbing at all while we sat talking, and eating...yeah, I had to breakdown and get one good treat that we both commented on as being quite delightful looking to the eyes and pleasing to the senses as I removed the lid...so, stop in your local McD's and chat it up with your next opportunity to meet the definition of desire and determination!

The service has continued to decline. I only went because I and my grandsons were wanting a milkshake and a burger & fries. Their ice cream machine was down AGAIN! The guy at the drive thru speaker was rude! I won't go back!!Food: 4/5

This is literally the worst McDonald’s ever. The customer service is horrible. They are sold out of everything all of the time promotional items that are still going on at other McDonald’s they say that they aren’t doing because they’re too. I refuse to go to this McDonald’s anymore-don’t waste your time here go to the one on Poplar five minutes away.

This mcdonalds used to be really good, but it has gone down hill. This is how one of my sauce packs came. plus, the fries were pretty stale..
