Great people, awful service. Ordered cream frap and got a coffee frap and no whip cream! Straws seem to always break but only from this store. Workers are very friendly but never get the order right.
I feel bad leaving a negative review because this is a very friendly location. Unfortunately it is also the most unreliable store I have ever visited regularly. Definitely do not order ahead and pick up if you’re on any sort of strict timeline. Many times I would get there after the ready time in the app and they still hadn’t started on my order or claimed they never saw it. I gave it a shot for 6 months and I now drive out of my way to go to a different location.
Apparently they had to grow the plants and roast the beans because it took them 25 minutes to pour coffee.. and ended up making the wrong drink! Their prioritization of drive-thru vs walk ins is unacceptable. We watched the cars after car get supported by 3 baristas and have a single barista support online orders AND walk-ins. I'm not sure what algorithm they have for processing orders and understand trying to prioritize the drive-thru but the queue kept on shifting and pushing our order further and further back.
Service good when open. Close early a lot. They have the newest woke divisive version of the pride flag everywhere. Not appropriate for kids. Keep your radical gender ideology out of this and just focus on your superb products.
Starbucks as a store is really great and they always do a good job with the coffees they make. I've never really had any issues with them as a cafe. Can't say I always agree with the decisions they make as a corporation but they do a good job making excellent coffee. The only downside is the cost as the prices continue to rise. So I don't often buy anything other than regular coffee there and have started to make more at home. But I can't fault their store and the job they do in general. One downside is that the parking lot is difficult to navigate at this particular location.
The staff is very friendly, facilities are super clean and relaxing atmosphere. The drive thru and parking lot are dangerous. It's not their fault, just poor placement of parking spaces with a drive thru so close.
The nicest Starbucks in all the land! While waiting for payment to go through the baristas ask you how your weekend went or how your week is going, and they always seem to be in a good mood even when the drive through is backed up. 10/10 will continue to return.
Good customer service and good coffee. My turkey bacon egg and cheese sandwich had no egg though haha.
Even if they spelled my name worng They have the best better biscuits I'll have that ever time I go there know
