Staff was extremely rude. They where cussing at both us and drive threw customers. They where dropping the f word to everyone. There was only 2 orders on screen and they too 20 minutes for us to get our food. I could see my family of 3 food sitting on the prep table for at least a good 10 minutes. When we got our food it was all cold. There trash cans where overflowing too. I asked for some mayo and the manager had an attitude with mm nothing. The female manager ignored us completely. The whole staff was on there phones. The male was also eating fries off of our tray. Drinks and cookies where also This place is so nasty. 10 out of 10 never coming back or recommend anyone to this location. I want a refund for everything.
The line was incredibly long. We waited 20 minutes to get out food that wasn't freshly made so I know the good sat out for a while. I've waited longer at other McDonald's and my food was fresh and hot. Don't mean any harm McDonald's it's just the truth. I know better than anyone that times are tough but those that are already having tough times depend on you for top quality food. We are having tough times also that's WHY we have to go out to eat
Stale fries. Did mobile order - curbside as it was on my way home, still waited 30 minutes. There was a small drive through line, but no something that should have taken over 10-15 minutes. Should have just ordered inside as a gentlemen who I saw went in after my arrival came out with his food before mine. Went inside to check on order, because I’ve had issues with mobile order before. There wasn’t a line inside but it took 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed anything, they were too busy talking to one another and goofing off. When I inquired about my order, this was after waiting 20 minutes I was told it hadn’t been started yet. I understand having “fun” at work but if it impacts productivity and prevents you from doing a job then it shouldn’t happen. Yes I understand this is fast food, but there’s nothing fast about it anymore.
They did not have enough workers, EXTREMELY SLOW, took 12 minutes to wait in drive through after placing order. Took 10 minutes to place order, wasted a lot of my time and I will not visit this McDonald's again. I visit other McDonald's at least once per day and have never had such bad service.Food: 5/5
I have low expectations for McDonald's. Every time I visit this location it gets worse. 20 minutes for a mobile order. The parking lot and drive-thru were empty when we arrived. Then 5 cars went through drive-thru before we received our order. Avoid this location if possible.Food: 3/5
The operational management needs adjusting at this location. Majority of drive thru orders are instantly parked. Don't have issues with the efficiency of this approach but the food runners need to have urgency when bringing out food. On many visits I have had to wait more than 15mins. For quick serve restaurants that is unacceptable. *Revisit after 2 months* still absolutely a joke of a place. Downgrading to a 1 star. The wait time is 30+ mins. Order wrong. Order again wrong. Staff is just terrible.
So i know its hard to get employees everywhere but you may want to check if they can read, write and/or listen. First off a large drink for a separate meal was added to my happy meal which up charged me 24 cents then i had to pay the 95 cents for a chocolate milk that shouldve came with the happy meal not the the large soda. But moved on from it. Then also got all large sodas and a large qtr pounder meal which i didnt order large anything. Moved on from that. Now i get home and i ordered a total of what should of been 3 medium fries to which i get home with 1 large fry and 1 medium fry leaving 1 person short part of their meal. Times might be hard but come on!
They often struggle to serve in a timely fashion and very frequently get the order wrong. If I have time, I will pass this one to go to the one on Lindbergh. Check your food before pulling off!
Grounds in my coffee, asked for a replacement and the manager refused to make a new coffee said that they were out of coffee. Very mean attitude. Ask for a diet coke in replacement she said yes I would have to pay for it though. I won't be back for awhile.Food: 1/5
Rude staff that talk to their customers any type of way! Back in the summer I encountered rudeness and haven’t been back in months and guess what 6-7 months later?! Staff is still rude! Unbelievable!
