For Friday morning near Miami International Airport we were looking for a coffee shop to have coffee and have quick bite. So we decided to stop by Starbucks and we did drive thru through Starbucks. From the menu we first ordered Cookie Crumbles and Hot Chai Latte with oat milk. For quick bite we ordered Spinach, Feta & Egg White Wrap, Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites & Hot Croissant. The service was good and soon we got our orders. We first had our drinks which were delicious and tasty. The drinks were fresh and freshly roasted with correct amount of sugar. Then we had our food. We first had Hot Croissant which was delicious and heated in the oven. Then we had Spinach,Feta & Egg White wrap which was also delicious with spinach and egg very well made.. Then we had the bites which was best among the food we ordered and it was delicious. Definitely try their bites.

Great quick stop for a refreshing passion tea with lemonade. Classic S.Bucks experience.Service: 5/5

I found out too late: that girl gave me a sweeeet mocha something when i ordered a skinny latte! On top of this, she kept the change on my $5 bill without offering any change. I hope she enjoys her extorted tip because that's the last time she'll see me there!

Nothing outstanding about this Starbucks. Maybe it was because of the Saturday mid morning rush that were things so busy that common courtesies weren't extended. Having to ask for napkins and a cup carrier for multiple drinks would seem uncharacteristic for the Starbucks workers I am used to, who usually go above and beyond in customer service. The folks at this one made it feel like they were doing you a difficult favor. Needless to say, I won't be back. It just happened to be close to thw hotel we were staying in Miami.

Zero stars. To pick up a mobile order they want me to wait in drive through line for half a hour when I placed an order already and it's ready by now. They said they can't pass food to me without the car. This what they are here for! Totally unprofessional and poor management. Get the table outside where you will put mobile orders. That's it.  Mentally challenged people.

Fast and friendly service. It's open for business again, tables are open for you sit down and enjoy your coffee or quick bite. It's well located,  has drive thru.

Went today to this Starbucks and there was an individual with extremely offensive body odor sitting in the store. I could not be within a few feet of the person without gagging. I asked the manager quietly if there was anything that he could do. He responded that he could not personally do anything, but I could PERSONALLY CONFRONT the individual. This shocked and galled me, how could a store ask a customer to risk themselves by confronting a stranger? Especially when said stranger is blatantly breaking the health and cleanliness of the store? To me this was completely unthinkable. I will not be going back to this store.

Horrible experience. It is raining a lot and the person on the drive thru told me that I have to order on the dashboard because they don’t have time to process the order directly thru the window. I told her that it is raining and it is impossible to order thru the dashboard and she told me… sorry but it is company policy and close the windows in my face.

I asked for a Venti cappuccino I got a tall. This is an insult, because I refrain from getting takeout to buy myself a coffee for this to happen.

First time there and I love it. Super clean, excellent customer service and great atmosphere.Food: 4/5
