Stomach pain after drinking this caramel frappuccino, then severe diarrhea, I think the water or ingredients are unsanitary.  This is the first time it happened due to Carmel frapp although I ever try other kinds of frapp but didn’t happen diarrhea.

Love the nitro brew! The seating is great with such a nice atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere. The music is always a bit too loud, but the staff is nice and friendly. Gets quite busy later on in the day.

Love the peppermint coffee and turkey cranberry stuffing sandwhich! I'm not talking about the Starbucks inside of Target, I'm talking about the Starbucks next to chikfila on South Tryon.

This Starbucks is 5 minutes away from my house so it's my to go store. I've only been inside twice but I definitely like the environment. The drive through is kinda sorta quick for the most part. Going around lunch time is usually busy but any other time the wait isn't too long. Over all I really like this store and the reason I'm giving it 4 starts is due to the drive though wait time!

I had a horrible experience today with employee Pam. I ordered a croissant and 2 white mochas. When I got to the window, I notice the cashier only got one drink. I told Pam I ordered 2. She gets an attitude and tells me “for future orders look at that big bright screen when ordering to see if my order is correct next time” very rudely. She didn’t say greet nor say thank you. Very bad customer service.

This Is a new Starbucks that opened up a couple of months ago. The interior is the new type of austere, very open type of store that is not as closed in feeling as some of the older designs. The staff is very friendly and the service is very quick. The drinks and food are very good. Overall, this is one of the better Starbucks I have been to.

I have never waited 35 minutes in a drive-through before encountering this place.   No apologies or explanation at the end, either.  At other starbucks locations, waiting for over 10 minutes warrants an automatic free order.  Avoid this place, if possible.

Staff was clueless the last two times I came here. I ordered a regular run of the mill Option off the menu, with no changes or optionals, and it took forever for them each time to comprehend the order or even give me the correct order. My mind was blown at both experiences. The wait time each time was insane! Had I not been wedged between cars in the tight drive thru i would’ve drove off. I typically go to the Whitehall location and from here on out I will drive that much farther to go there where I know I will get the service I deserve.  Note to management - more thorough training or more stringent hiring process.  Went through Starbucks again recently to give them a third chance .... Ordered off the mobile app. There was NO WAIT in the drive thru. Order consisted of two drinks no modifications and three pastry items from the all ready made bakery, no prep time or warming required and was told by management pretty much how dare I come through without giving 15 minutes for them to prep??! I informed them the app said 2-5 minutes and I gave that amount of time AND for the couple years I’ve been ordering mobile, that has NEVER been an issue. It seems management themselves are under trained, lazy and just plain rude. I will NEVER come to this location again.

This is the closest Starbucks to where I live. In the morning i mobile order a simple Pike coffee with cream and sugar. There has been more than 10 accounts to where I would show up about 5 minutes after I order and still have to wait another 10 minutes for my coffee. The staff is very nice but also very unorganized. I would suggest that you only come if your in no rush because you will be waiting.
