My first time at this location. I wish I would have saw the reviews first. So I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich meal and the first sandwich was dry meaning no mayo or anything. Only a pickle. I took it back and they gave me a deluxe. Now when I get to the fries I realize they are not fresh. Hard fries. Just heated up old fries. The young man didn’t seem to even care as he said sarcastically oh my bad and walked away. Why work here if you don’t feel like serving your customers. I spend my hard earned money for this. Your customers keep you in business. I hope that corporate sees this so they may address this issue and fix it as this location is in ballentyne wow. Very poor customer service. Can’t eat fries. I fear for my teeth. Sorry this location sucks. And it’s not just my opinion. Look at the reviews.

Went to grab a Medium Vanilla Latte from McDonald’s, but instead I got a small in a medium cup latte with no vanilla or sugar which I specifically asked for. Then I asked the lady was it correct and she said yes ‍ service is literally terrible.

It takes them an extremely long time to answer the speakers, even if it's to tell us it'll be a moment. They mess up orders that have food allergies and seemingly don't care. I've seen them try to take toppings off and re-give it to me. That is dangerous and if I were to get sick because of this, I assure you a lawsuit would be in order. Train your employees better, make sure a manager is readily available to help because the teenagers running the drive thru seem to not understand a single thing you try to tell them.

Accepts only 1 coupon per family, Don't know if this is corporate of this specifice store.  The Coupons are very Misleading. While ordering a crispy chicken sandwhich I was expecting a fried chicken pattie, with toppings of vegg and sauce. What I got was a Bun which was Too toasted on one side and burnt on the other, A fried chicken pattie, and 2 pickles. Nothing else. While tasting the Sandwhich, the pattie seemed like it was done in the morning and was left out to stale. It was not crispy it was soggy in parts and stale in others. There was also a lingering taste of oil which means that the oil had not been clean prior to frying. The cherry on top was that while it was dryfelt like cardboard the Chicken pattie was bitter. It was over cooked and burnt.  I would not recommend, better off going Jack in the Box next door.

We thought breakfast stopped at 11, we were about to leave to find another place for breakfast. But the manager was really nice about it, we got pancakes. You made our morning and glad your dining area is open again.

The experience was horrible. My pet, is a service animal, I go with him everywhere, so does my family. We came here because he is accepted in every place, he is a service animal. However, at the moment we stepped in, this two employees started saying that dogs are not allowed, with his ID identifying his registration as a service dog in the US, they started screaming saying that dogs are not allowed because is a restaurant. We didn’t stay, and it’s ironic because in the door it says, no pets allowed, service animals are welcome. Like what???? 0-/10

Don't clean the tables much but it's a nice McDonald's. Staff is nice, drive through is always busy

Absolutely terrible. I was told by 3 different employees managers included that they would not honor a special that they had advertised on the drive through panels. They treated me poorly. They were not helpful or pleasant at all. The manager that I spoke to walked away after being confronted with my issue. Only to send one of her cooks to come and talk to me and explain that they would not honor their advertisement.  0/10  Disgusting performance and service.

Thank you for not allowing pets or fake service animals, I am deathly allergic to dogs and cannot be within 75 feet of those things. Thank you for providing a safe place for me to eat at. It's a shame that selfish dog owners jeopardize the health of others just because they want their animal with them. Thank you.

First of all we ordered through the mobile app the young guy came out for the curbside order, for one the fries were cold so we send him back in to get fresh fries. I think they took the fries put it back in the basket dipped it in the oil and brought them back out. How do I know- it's because I took a few of the fries I broke them up then when I got home I checked it them same broke up Fry's was still in there. My fiance check her sandwich and they have meat on it you can see the crumbs of the meat at her paper and you can smell it on the sandwich the Canadian bacon. Whatever you do- save your money don't go there!!
