Ordered a double cheeseburger and got a triple instead- that is too much meat and I cannot eat it. I went back in and asked for it to be changed, even said that I normally wouldn’t mind the free food but three Pattie’s is simply too much. the manager on duty tall, assertive black woman quite literally made fun of me to her co worker without knowing I was within earshot. She loudly expressed her irritation with a vocal attitude to every customer she helped. Truly a horrible customer service experience:

make your frys better. they are no good anymore. the foods OK. not great. not my favorite  place. signed  long time visitor @ employee. better in the 1970s. big mac's  not great anymore. but ENPLOYEES GREAT KEEP THE BATHROOMS CLEANER

Staff can be very rude and forgetful in the driv e thru sometimes. The staff looks young and unhappy! I've never seen anyone smile here and I've been coming her for 4 yrs. Some customer service training would give the place a spark. It may be helpful to not hire individuals that dislike their job.

They are beyond slow. Of course they prioritize the drive-through but you have 10 people standing in the inside of the restaurant and you can barely get an order out. Don't go here

For one the line is always insane!! They always forget something and I will even ask them at the window if it’s in the bag which they will respond “it is”. Then I have to go around because I have a toddler in the car who I’m not going to unbuckle because then he’s going to be livid that he has to go back in 5 seconds later. But where I have the problem is that they cop an attitude with me when I go back around to tell them the things they forgot!

I only come here to get happy meals for my 3 kids. The last 2 times items were missing, making one kid very disappointed. This time, a 6-pc chicken nugget was missing.

Location is rude, unprofessional, and uses profanity when talking to customers.  The food here is most times cold. Cashier who took my order just started cursing when she could not find what we ordered on her register. I started to close my childs ears. This location needs a corporate overhaul of its management and staff.Food: 2/5

When I visited Mikey D's, there was no line. Very quick to get my order. Some of the employees could be a little nicer, but understand that they have to deal with all types of personalities. Best Milkshakes for the price.

Went about 4:30 on a weekday. Nice employees but that was the only thing nice. Food was subpar. Semi-cold hard fries and hard chicken nuggets. Chicken nuggets tore up the roof of my mouth and had no flavor.

I haven't had fries from McDonald's in awhile so decided to get a Chicken value meal. Drove away for a minute or 2 and my fries were cold. None of them where warm or hot. Cold !! I will never ever eat from there again.
