First of all I called to make sure this location was open and the girl said yea till 8:00 pm. I get there and it’s 7:42pm She says we are already cleaning up I can’t take your order She couldn’t make anything or even get us normal coffee She had such and attitude and was laughing at my child asking if they had hot chocolate Which they do but didn’t want to get it for him so number one your still open your hours say till 8 so you are in fact OPEN NUMBER 2 I DONT KNOW WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE LAUGHING AT MY CHILD IN FRONT OF ME I want this location Closed for good It needs new management and employees for one and they said they already cleaned up The counters were a mess and there was food on the floor in the little dining area so they were just some lazy employees trying to rush out the door Ladies!! It isn’t Christmas yet You have a job to work not to leave early. Zero stars if I could Rude employees Refused to serve and a complete mess This was 7/14/2022 fifth st target location At 7:40pm I hope Starbucks sees this because something at the one needs to change
Went there as I got a birthday coupon to redeem but ended up paying as they did not know how to redeem and no words to describe the attitude of the batista. When we were walking out there was this nice batista who helped us understand how it works. She was great.Food: 5/5
No whipped cream? No heavy cream? Your store is in a Target. Get the stuff from them until your next shipment comes in. Use common sense!Food: 1/5
They are rude on this site. Very unprofessional. They seem to be upset. Starbucks should pay for psychological therapy for its employees. I asked for a coffee and received a mistreatment. I don't like to start the day like this. God bless you. Un trato pésimo. Como nunca en Starbucks. Y saber que su riqueza viene de nuestros países.

Usually no problem! Sometimes my drink isn't thoroughly mixed, but after I drink down some of it, I can swirl it around to get it a bit better. I know eople complain while waiting about the time it takes, but there's two people making a ton of drinks and food, so I get it. They are MOVING.
Very disappointed for a manager to act like the way she did. Manager was training someone and they made fun of my order and said what’s the point of all those milk being add. I asked for light ice and did not get light ice. Once I got drink and realized it wasn’t like ask and they forgot to add the white mocha she said they were too busy to remake the drink. Very disappointed.

This is the first time I was at a Starbucks and didnt have to wait forever long to get my coffee. Tge employees were all working well with one another and it went smooth and fast. Super pleased!
