Ordered take-out via the app. Confirmed the order once I got in and it was ready within 3 minutes. Clean inside. Update: Waited 15 minutes to ask for a straw because they were out at the fountain. 2 managers walked by and ignored me. The other employees couldn’t be bothered. It wasn’t busy.
Slow and disorganized. I went inside because the drive through was wrapped around the building. Should have stayed in the car. They lost my order. The person in front of me was shorted French frys so the server dug through his bags touching all of his food without gloves on. He was pretty upset but did not make a scene. The server should have just given him the frys. No ice in the ice machine. No unsweetened tea and the ketchup station messy. As I was leaving a costumer was trying to get assistance at the counter but was being ignored. The people working there need better direction and attention to details. An occasional smile would be nice.
The staff were extremely nice. I guess they were going to have to discard a Mcflurry but instead asked us if we wanted it. We used the multiple deals from the app and they were polite about it.Food: 3/5
Came through at 340 am and nobody answered at the outside kiosk. Decided to double-check the times and saw it was 24 hours. Drove around and saw the staff hanging out in the lobby. They saw me and gave me the look. Still decided to try again and nothing. I know you have plenty of customers, so it won't matter when I say you lost me as one, but you did.
Normally I do drive thru of pick up. Today we went inside it was very clean and employees were nice. However 1 sandwich, kids Dippin sauces were forgotten as well. as I needed a toddler toy and they gave me the wrong one. Kid-friendliness: They have a clean play place
This McDonald's is the worst. I blame current management because it wasn't always like this. I constantly have problems with missing or wrong items. The manager has an attitude everytime and will walk away from you for an extended period of time I think she hopes I'll just leave or something. Always talks down to me I worked in restaurants and understand you need a hammer of a manager to keep things running but being rude to customers will run them off.
Terrible, Horrible, awful, painful, First walked to the building and at 7:30 pm the store was locked up despite the dining room hours being posted on the building as 11pm, no worries though was informed a couple nights later by an employee they close at 8pm, went back a couple days after this and order a burger with meat and cheese only, fries, Dr Pepper, coffee, and a ten piece, get to the window after the forever line and they swipe my card and pull me forward about 20 minutes into my McDonald’s visit my food comes out but with no ten piece, so I pull back in line because it’s 9pm I can’t just run in and fix it there closed 2hrs early, so I get back into the single drive thru lane because reminiscent of Walmart we have two lanes but just use one kind of. Get to the speaker and when asked what I wanted I politely said the 10piece I ordered she said pull to the window. When I get there I’ve now navigated McDonald’s drive thru for about 35 minutes and they ask if I’m picking up a door dash because no body communicated I needed my nuggets. Would’ve been easier to try to get the door dash. After I finally get the nuggets. I pull off frustrated and go to drink my coffee that’s cold, open my burger to find they put everything on it mustard lettuce all the stuff I specifically didn’t want and found myself discouraged of trying to go through a third time and left feeling very much like Leo getz in lethal weapon two when it came to drive thrus. I will no longer attempt any business with this McDonald’s I have paid in time and diservice every time I have tried. After that whole ordeal I gave them one more chance only to find they were however not 24hrs. It is the worst McDonald’s I have ever experienced. It honestly troubles me being from out of town to see the line that’s always formed around there as if the people of Temple have given up all hope for a decent McDonald’s visit and instead of avoidance there is just acceptance of the mediocre. However in my experience it passed mediocrity straight to flat out failure, if it was the last place to get a hamburger on earth I’d go vegan. I would not waste time nor money, No the minimum wage for McDonald’s should not be 15$ I wouldn’t pay these people 8$ but if you want to join the team they’re hiring for all shifts, given those signs are more correct than the store hours.
Going to the McDonald's I frequent often... I found the speaker was not working properly on the outside aisle of the drive thru...when I approached the window to tell them...they told me they spoke to me and I didn't respond and I just drove off. Still willing to place an order and pay the establishment my money, proceeded to give my order...She explained they will not take orders at the window. Normally I could understand this as a usual occurrence could deter progress of waiting on people. But due to the fact their speaker wasn't working properly exceptions should have been made. What happened to customer comes first?....
McDonald's often gets not so pleasant reviews for a variety of reasons so I felt it necessary to give them some praise. Employees were pleasant, engaged, five thru was a steady pace, food was fresh and correct to order.Food: 5/5
If your a store that is 24hrs, you should be able to provide items that customers would like. I've been to this one the past three times around 11pm and the ice cream machine is "always down." I get that it's a funny joke among this company however I feel like it's just laziness! If I'm able to get ice cream through DoorDash at the same time I should be able to get it though the drive thru.
