I am traveling and stopped by to get a Frappuccino and to my surprise Chris made me the best Starbucks Frappuccino I’ve ever had in my life! Also, one of the best customer experiences too! The entire staff was so welcoming. Thank you Chris for the experience!  It was something to see! It was like the bartending barista! I’ll tell my VA peeps about this!

The Employee Cassidy NEEDS some type of raise, to be promoted, something! I came 2 days in a week and each time she provided great customer service not only to me but to the 15-20 people that came in. She new everyone by name and order; got them out fastest I’ve ever seen by herself & I’ve come here plenty of times! She’s great!

It was little weird as it seemed to have more people in the back than were working so it was a little bit of a wait along g with that they did not have certain items from syrups to even bagels. The wait for Mobile orders and especially on line were significant. At least for those who were working, they still exuded some level of customer service and they expressed some apologies for the delays. I hope this was just an off day!

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever visited!they are Sort of rude they didn’t not make my drink the way I wanted it and tried to tell me I can’t order a certain way I even overheard an employee scolding, another employee out loud for not using stoppers in the cup they are “fake friendly”

Yummy! The hubby and I snagged signature Hot Chocolates with extra chocolate before driving through the neighborhoods to look at Christmas lights. Great, friendly service, thank you for making our simple holiday plans lovely!!Food: 5/5

This Starbucks has a smell of spoiled milk, and the coffee and drinks are horrible. Today alone I ordered a cafe mocha and it by far was the worst one I've ever had, did not taste like cafe, nor mocha.... I wasn't going to leave a review but since this isn't the first time of having a bad experience here, I just had to say it. Nothing worse than wasting money on an expensive drink and it tastes horrible. Both times I should have tried it right then and there but waited until I got in the car to taste the drink.

I ordered a drink and a sandwich and someone with the same name had gotten a sandwich also but there’s was a Mobile order and I didn’t hear the lady say that which is my fault but the she proceeds to say “that’s why I said mobile order” in a disrespectful, nasty tone. There was no need to be disrespectful.

The experience was horrible .Besides  the nice cashier taking orders . I been a Starbucks customer for a very long time and never had such a bad experience like I had today at this location at 7:49 pm with the barista name “Paula” . I ordered 4 beverages and she missed one after waiting for my fourth order o desired to ask her if there is another drink for me she did not said a word to me just  shook her head no. Since then I realized with her body expression I guess she was having a bad day . Then after revising my receipt and  my cup I was actually missing the 4th drink so I went back and showed her that I was missing my 4th order , when she looked around she had an empty cup for my missing drink . Then when we asked her for some extra liquid sugar in one of my drinks she rolled her eyes on me like WOW I was just blown away with such an unprofessional behavior,  It’s was just unbelievable what I just experience with her . Please provide some coaching to this person or maybe she needs some days off to relax a little be .

1/16/2023 Waited an unreasonable amount of time for a drink because the server was constantly being distracted by her boyfriend who was Conversing with her and showing her videos on his phone while she was attempting to fulfill orders, employees of this establishment should be reminded that this is a business not date night.

Been coming to this Starbucks for years and never had a bad experience until now . This female who makes the drinks was very rude and ghetto .
