This store is my go-to Starbucks! As soon as I step foot in the door, I’m greeted with welcomes and smiles behind their masks. If there is no line, my order is often done before I can even finish checking out at the register. This team is super speedy, friendly, work together well as a team, and make my drink right every time. This location is also one of the last ones in the area with working charger ports. The lobby is always clean, and there are plenty of tables outside. I’m not sure how I was so lucky to stumble upon this gem! Thank you Spear Street team, you’re the best.
Modern-looking Starbucks with friendly staff and good coffee. Recommended.
Pretty large Starbucks in the financial district / East Cut area with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It’s one of the few coffee shops open in this area on the weekend which is why I’m giving it 5 stars! I went on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet with only 4 or so people on laptops in the store. The store has a nice view of the corner with floor to ceiling windows on both sides of the store. Didn’t get any coffee I’m loyal to Philz now, but the breakfast sandwich was good!
I frequent this Starbucks because it is located conveniently just outside my apartment. Although I have rarely received my order messed up, I do receive strong judgment and dismissal from the employees when I go here . The employees at this location never welcome you in. You instead get greeted by employee's who are telling NSFW stories behind the register, constantly cursing, and also silently judging you. The "manager" who I don't know the name of, but she is a short Asian woman is usually on what seems to be her break every time I go here. She sits at the bar next to the trash cans on her phone, and if she isn't there then she is no where to be found. Every time an employee hands me my drink, I always tell them thank you and to have a nice day. Today my barista again did not catch his name, but he was tall with black hair and a white streak in the front did as all the other baristas do at this location, didn't acknowledge the customer. As someone who has worked in restaurants for 7 years, I try to be kind to others working the industry, however this specific Starbucks location does not deserve the hospitality. Not once has any employee working there ever told me to have a nice day, nor have they ever said "thank you, you too". They instead turn around as if they're under stress from all the 5 orders they get every hour. It's never crowded or hectic enough in there for them to not be a little kind to the people that are regulars. I'm soon to be done with this location, thank god Starbucks has taken over every corner of this city.
Don't get me wrong Starbucks is great, but this visit was a miss in 2 ways. I had earned a free item with star points. I selected the bacon sous vide egg bites as my prize, but I received something with no meat and was made mostly of red bell peppers. It wasn't bad, just not what I ordered. Fail. I also ordered a tall Pikes. It was hot as hell--watch out! I had gotten a punch card for a free breakfast sandwich when you buy 5 brewed coffees at a different Starbucks yesterday. The barista didn't even mention it. And I forgot to present my card. I had to get back in line to get my stamp. Fail. It's not like I won't come back...this Starbucks is closest to the office...
Open and well prepared to serve people with precautions during the pandemic!
Having been to many Starbucks in many cities and countries and continents, I’m happy to say this store in my neighborhood the best-managed Starbucks I’ve experienced.

This is a terrific Starbucks to work at. There is a room in the back with multiple tables in it and easy access to electrical outlets. You can sit here and work all day if you like, and not only with the staff not hassle you, but they will also occasionally come by to try to ply you with samples of whatever new carbohydrate treats their chefs have cooked up. There are also some tables in the main room, and the staff is just as supportive of your sitting there. I particularly like the guys behind the counter here. The other day I ordered a decaf at about 4PM. They said they had to brew up a pot for me, which would take a couple minutes. I was fine with that, and I don't think my face registered any disappointment about it, but the barista said "your coffee is on us due to the wait." Turns out they had the coffee to me in about 2 minutes. Great service. The main negative is it gets extremely crowded here at around 10AM and around 3PM. But, the people are mostly young, stylish, professional, and easy on the eyes, so it's not as though you're sitting in a crowd of bums. This SBUX is strong buy rated.
