I asked for a venti iced white mocha with no whip cream. I was then given a drink with whip cream & got a rude look when I asked her to make it for me as I ordered. The staff was inattentive and I had to wait awhile at the counter before I got served. The store was messy. It did not feel like a standard Starbucks. I don’t recommend coming here. Save your time and money and go to a different Starbucks.  P.S. the second drink didn’t taste good either. I’ve ordered that drink for years and it never tasted so bad.

1 Rude and contentious Gambian-American barista. 2 often a local vagrant camps out in the restroom. 3 orders can take long to fulfill. 4 counter and front area used for storage.Food: 5/5

So disappointed. My grande cappuccino looks more like half a tall. No foam. Cold soggy petite scone. Saw them get an order wrong while I was in there - just convinced the poor guy to take what they gave him. Worst Starbucks experience in a long time. Won’t be returning.Food: 1/5

The staff is always so friendly, kind, and easy to talk to. They always make my drink to perfection! This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to! Most places make chai tea with the right amount of milk and the right amount of chai.Food: 5/5

This location MADE MY DAY! After a warm greeting, and a personal compliment on my sunflower earrings the staff completed my order quickly and with quality. Thank you to the excellent service and unbridled kindness that you gave me today- including the cute sunflower drawing!

Terrible service. Add at least 15 minutes to the time the mobile order app gives you. Boxes stacked in the front service area. Really Starbucks - get a new manager here.Food: 2/5

If I could give 0 star I would. I’m an Uber Eats driver and I’ve always had horrible experience in this place. Today I had to wait more than 40 minutes to receive my order. I asked them multiple times if the order is ready and they did not care. They prioritize so many regular customers that came after me. I had to apologize to the customer for the huge delay. Absolutely ridiculous!

New peoples works here have no personality, so rude and no greeting, it's like you are walking to cold war III zone that no one even acknowledge who you are and why you are here for!!! It would be nice to learn lesson 101 GREETING, HI HOW CAN I HELP YOU TODAY???? but none happened today and they put my order all the way to the other side just because I was not lazy to order online to pick up! So I stand there and my order took forever as online ones are always priority looks like!!! SO this place is SUCKS! I would never come back!
