I went there to order and as much as this food cost it seem like they could make your food correctly. I ordered a sandwich. I did not order extra bacon, but the bacon is outside of the sandwich, just sitting in the Paper.Food: 2/5

I was in town for the Chicago Marathon and they were honestly fantastic. The line was out the room and they were banging out orders while being obviously overwhelmed. I'm not sure what others are comparing their service to, but they did excellent given their situation. The food was typical and the drinks were perfect and done quickly. Kudos to this location.

Terrible service; the barista did not respect the customers. I placed 1 order with 2 drinks, but my coffee was not exactly what I customized 3 shots Espresso +3 bumps white mocha+ ice+ extra salted cold foam, they had my order ready but did not call my nameFood: 1/5

One job,  food person heats food for an entire shit.  You press a button depending on what you’re hearing.  I still get a mostly cold breakfast sandwich that seemed a little ice in the middle.  Which left the texture of the “egg” really strange, like a kitchen sponge.  I shouldn’t have to suffer bad quality just because they know you’ll likely go to them because it’s convenient in your hotel.  Atmosphere got a 1 star because none of the staff looks like they want to be there.  So unfriendly and no energy.  It doesn’t even feel like a Starbucks.

Drinks are fine and come on time unless it's busy. Location is incredibly filthy, dusty, stains on floor and table, garbage-cans weren't emptied. Never once seen a table cleaned off or floor swept.Food: 3/5

Quality and service is typical and good. Priced poorly. Atmosphere is dull, but probably limited to the space.Food: 3/5

They need to be more friendly. My coffee wasn’t so bad. The bathrooms were cleaned. I like that.Service: 4/5

Do not go here. Do not plan on a morning coffee here. Basically out of all food items and 30 min wait for coffee AFTER you order.Food: 1/5

This was the slowest Starbucks experience of my life. Mobile order said ready in 5 minutes and we’ve been here over 40 minutes.Food: 2/5

This is literally THE WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. My friend ordered a hot chocolate, and got hot water with whipped cream. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino, and got a drink with no mocha, and they insisted it was made correctly. Mocha is brown, and drinks made with mocha are also brown. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT WHAT YOU ORDER!
