I order here EVERY day, I use the app. I order ahead. Today the guy made my order 2 hr in advance and then served me the cold HOT coffee and cold Hot sandwich with an attitude, if I didn't have to get to work, I would have... well he should be VERY thankful I had to get to work! Food: 1/5

I got signature large iced caramel latte.. came in 3 min. Ordered thru the app. However when I was waiting for my coffee the tall black man behind the counter laughed at my order in front of me and took a picture of it with his phone... And then pretended I didn't see what he did and just handed me my drink there and said nothing.... I did not get his name. This is probably the second time I come here to this location. Unfortunate I guess

Check out the new improved DD.  So I'm guessing the brand is doing one of those regular general appearance and branding updat This spot has gotten so so much better. I gotta say the changes they've made are greatly appreciated. - Security thank good - Better Lighting a world of a difference - Larger Display Glass looks delicious -LCD monitors everywhere easy on the eyes - CLEANER! the visibility upgrade encouraged more janitorial effort?  If you haven't stopped by to grab an OG Carmel Latte in a while; hold the venti, grande, and snobbery, you should give the one on Adams a look. There's still work to be done as far as professionalism but . . .  This Dunkin' Donuts is going places! Right into my gps between for some overnight cramming and 'spresso.

They don’t staff enough employees here to handle the amount of customers they get. We waited 20 minutes for a donut order and they kept ignoring us when we asked to be helped.Food: 3/5

they forgot to take out the paper for cheese, 0 service literally the worst dunkin donut experience ive ever had

Only one person working. No air conditioning. Quick service but iced tea didn't taste very good.

You must try a affogato: scoop of Jamoca Almond Fudge with a shot of espresso. Less than $4.
