I messed up and spilled my entire coffee all over the floor and it splashed everywhere. The staff was really nice about it and made me a new coffee for free and told me not to worry about it. Very good service. If I had cash and wasn't in crippling credit card debt I would give them a big tip. I don't deserve service this good.

Pretty nice place. My first time there I ordered a ICED Royal English Tea Latte but they gave me hot instead. It was 90 degrees outside. It made no sense. But I took it anyway. Would still definitely return because it's near my work.
Not friendly staffs, horrible service with an attitude. They gave a coffee sleeve for the guy in front of me and didnt even wanna throw me sleeves for my 2 extra hot coffees. Just say so if we have to take it from the front or not. They dont even know how to say "thank you" back for their customers.
The guy working around 12:30pm on January 17th, 2023 helped me search for a spare charging block even though he absolutely could've said no and I would've respected that because they're constantly busy here. Everyone's super sweet and I hope they get paid what they're due!!
I went in with my 10 yr old daughter and my handicapped mother to get coffee but needed to use the washroom before, all 3 of us went in the bathroom and this really rude person started knocking on the door saying only 1 person allowed in the washroom, understandable but she kept knocking and screaming at us telling us to hurry up.... NOT COOL. We came out of there and decided NOT to consume there. Bad experience and the screaming and rudeness... never again will we stop here. Learn some customer service people. Saturday Oct 8th 2022 around 5:15pm. Retrain your employees to have manners please, they could've said the same thing without ridiculizing your customers.
I am a disabled citizen from Schaumburg and Today on my Birthday, my daughter, son in law and 10 year old grandaughter took me to Chicago, yo a festival, as a treat. In the way, we stopped at this Starbucks location to get my free coffee and treats fro the family. But we needed to use the facilities, so the 3 of us went to one of the 2 in this location. My 10 year old needs a little push and my daughter is concern about me falling. Then suddenly someone starts knocking the door really loudly, screaming to us that we have to go out, she cannot have 3 people at the same time. She was screaming sooo laud and being so rude. We understand policies but no need to be screaming and making this big deal without knowing the situation. Then we came out and all three clerks, well all the people were starimg at us. Embarrasing. No need for that. We did not buy anything afraid they were to spit on my drink. So rude and with attitude. It was 5:15 or so on my B-Day, October 8th. Bad experience.
Barista was so rude, i asked her if she had put classic syrup in my iced coffee and she kept disregarding my question and told me she had made 15 drinks after mine do she couldn't remember like okay?? I'm a barista too and i would never speak like that to a customer and i would remember what i put in their drinks, especially since she had just handed me my drink and she wanted to say she made 15 other drinks after mine. After i got my drinks i was waiting almost 10 mins for my chocolate croissant, which the boy who rung me up never even put in the oven. Honestly the customers have better customer service than the workers
