Good coffee of course, but the bathrooms are disgusting. For me, any place with nasty bathrooms gets a low rating regardless of what they sell. At one time Starbucks was a safe place to use the restroom and get coffee, however since they decided to have gender-bender restrooms, they're disgusting. I hate walking in and seeing the peed-on seat left up. Pee on the floor... I hate sharing public restrooms with men. I can handle my own male family members, but not strangers. I shouldn't have to... Starbucks has gone down the pissed-on drain to me.

Every time I stop by they are out of something. Last week they were out of Venti cups so I was given two Talls. This week I stopped by for a Very Berry and I got a white tea plus they had a sign they were out of all of their frappucinos... I’m curious to see who does your inventory and how much they are pocketing.

Slow. Store always seems to be in chaos. Santwuhes are either like molten lava or luke warm. The microwave ovens they use LITERALLY have the name of the food products on unique buttons. If they can't even get that right...how can they be effective and efficient?

It sucked waited for 20 mins for 3 drinks and they forgot one of them . Had to remind them about it. Under staffed team. They were focused on drive thru customers while i was a walk in . Bad visit
