Don't confuse my 3/5 rating as poor. Its not; just average. The store is nice and generally very clean. The manager is very nice and personable. The products tend to come out very well and timely as well. But all of these factors are what a Starbucks is supposed to be like...so its an average Starbucks. Why its not a 5/5 is simply because it doesn't go beyond average in the one area where a Starbucks really can...customer service and staffing. I've come here for years and I've seen a slew of staffers come and go. But what I have noticed is a consistent clique form, where you'll receive a smile and nice small-talk IF you are part of the clique from the more experienced staffers. IF you are not part of that clique, you'll get a mono-tone and almost bored response...as if I were ordering from a robot. The newer staffers tend to be much friendlier on the average whole, but the experienced staffers do the bare minimum to make a successful transaction and I'll sometimes feel like I'm more of a bother ordering a beverage. 3/5 isn't bad...but its not great either. Work on that friendliness and it could very well be a solid 5/5.

Great Starbucks location. Always quick and friendly, good drinks.

Staff are always very personable and serve up a delicious, consistent product. If there's a line (which there usually isn't at the time I typically go on the morning), they're able to move through it quickly. Friendly, delicious and fast, what's not to like?
