I give this eatery 3 stars. Ample burger, nice waiter, very enjoyable salad. We ordered three items initially that were not available. Anytime menu items aren't happening I feel the server should tell the customer. Over all very casual easy experience.

The staff was friendly and professional. The food came out fairly quickly but it wasn't busy either. We went on a Friday evening about 5:30. The place is small so its best to get there early before it gets packed otherwise I could see it being an uncomfortable seating situation. The food was good and definitely made of quality ingredients. I would recommend this place to others.

So walking in, the place is deceivingly smaller than you would think. The atomosphere and decor was nice. Service was alright until it got busy. I got the surf 'n turf burger. It was a tasty burger but the shrimp were a little over cooked. Overall not a bad meal.

This place was down a server and had a huge backlog of orders and people waiting for a table. They still got us out food in a timely manner, in good humor despite the stress you could see they were under to perform. The food was delicious. However I'd be cautious about delivery as they got so backed up I'm sure everyone's food arrived cold. Since the seating is so tight I recommend ordering online for carry out.

I consider myself a very patient and understanding person. I placed my order at 8:51pm and received cold burgers and soggy fries at 11:30pm. Prior to my order's arrival I called Holy Cow inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I was told without apology that the restaurant became very busy and my order was on its way. I would have appreciated a simple phone call explaining my order's delay. Also, if I wait 2 plus hours for food, I would appreciate being able to eat upon its arrival. I spent an additional 15 minutes reheating my entire order. Utterly ridiculous!!!!
