Decided to stop by and get a drink, cause the thirst was real today. My friend and I walk in and there were about two other customers before us. The girl working the register slowly takes their orders while she's mumbling stuff to the other employee. We were finally next and so we scooted up to the register. We stood there for a little and decided what we wanted. The employee girl just stared at us. No hi, NADA. Talk about awkward. As we were placing our orders, a customer walked in. The employee looked up and as soon as she saw that someone had walked in, she became grumpy. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath. I just looked at her shocked. She had the nastiest look on her face and didn't even bother hiding that she was mad that someone had walked in. We got a no thank you, nothing, just a blank look as if that was our cue to get out of her way. Don't bother coming to this location unless you want crappy service and a nasty attitude by these careless working employees.

Fail to comprehend simple instructions. Sent my husband this morning for a drink.. No biggie. Gets me a white chocolate mocha, received more or less black coffee. Tried to rescue my coffee. There was no saving it. Sent my husband back to get a different drink. He asked for my chai tea latte to me blended like a frappe. My husband is not a coffee drinker so I can't blame him for not knowing they messed up. It is not blended.

It's like giving bad service here is a normal thing to them. Each time I've been here they have never failed to give me crappy service. Today was the final straw. I walked up to the counter and the barista (purple hair girl) did not say hi, and her way of asking me to repeat something was a curt "What?" I thought things couldn't get any worse but as she was giving me my change she slams the money into my hand cause coins to fall onto the counter. When she gives us our drinks she slams them onto the counter as well without calling the drink out and no "thank you" was said. Mind you, this was only one time. They also never ask for your name, never greet you, never say thank you, and just have no sense common courtesy. I'm just appalled at the service here. Also sucks that it's the closest SB near my house.

The music is so loud i can still hear it clearly with my bose soundproof headphones on, and they dont have wifi here, never been to a starbucks without wifi
