I've worked in downtown Decatur for years and frequent this Starbucks location. Unfortunately, the customer service went from great to barely okay, especially in the last year. This is a busy location and there are rarely enough employees working to provide quality customer service. It's not unusual for me to wait in line a good 10 minutes before I'm able to place my order and then there's at least another 5+ minutes before my order is ready. I'm seriously considering ditching this Starbucks and going elsewhere; if I'm going to be paying $3-5 for a cup of coffee, I should at least expect decent and efficient customer service.

Everyone Who's empolyed there have been very nice, not just me yet all who enters at Starbucks, which we call by the way, " Starbucks On The Square."

You don't wait long when on line your order comes quickly, professional with courtesy. The employees really care, your not just a customer.
"You wanna Go Where Everybody Knows Your Name.".    "And That's Starbucks On The Square."  So come' on and have a cup!

Small place tons of indoor fun on a stormy day with my daughter.    Can sit and read and take your time,  we got to  play with train sets, and we had alot of fun.  :)    from expecting moms through teenagers.... every age is covered!!!!!

Let me say that I love this Starbucks!! How ever today I was sitting in one of the chairs drinking coffee and the "manager" brought out a ladder and started cleaning the vents in the ceiling. As the dirt and debris began falling on me I felt that action was unreasonable. She apologized and replaced my coffee. My question is how does this happen?
