Big Thumbs Down. Staff was polite but wait was unreasonable. Was there at 11:30 on a weekend. There were two open booths and two half booths open for the better part of 15 -20 minutes. Not 'it seemed like' 15 - 20 minutes. They were empty. And there were other open places as well. Food was OK. Portion size was good. Coffee was horrible. It's not a place worth going out of your way for.

Food & portions are fair per the prices. Dined here a handful of times. Service is incredibly hit or miss and typically leaving much to desire (lady at counter w/ ballcap is pretty consistently attentive & friendly). Today we waited about 20 minutes for two waters. That is flustering enough, but not being greeted with a simple, "hey, I will be right with you," after passing us multiple times for 10 minutes is inexcusable. Thumbs up...I gotta say - it is time for us to take a break.

Fine place for a standard brunch, but nothing particularly special. If they are busy, prepare to wait at every step of your experience there.

One of our favorite breakfast spots.  Great service, friendly staff, tasty food.  Couldn't give them 5-star review because they are a cash-only establishment.

The food was mediocre. I ordered the chicken, eggs, and waffles. It was very bland. I can make better tasting food at home. Also for almost $12 the portions are despicable. I will not be going back! I have uploaded a pic of the supposed to be chicken strips. The service however, was ok.
