Service is very hit or miss. Sometimes they are fast but most times I have waited 15 minutes or longer for coffee. The store is clean however which is nice, but I was watching my coffee be made and the barista dropped the lid on the floor and then put it on my coffee. I had to asked that it be remade and he gave me a dirty look. I would suggest watching them when making your order.

We go to Starbucks in Millington quite often and usually recieve great service, but as of lately, that service has declined. They can't seem to get the order right, and are always out of certain items. Today, it was white mocha. We purchased different drinks and the whip was missing from mine, and was told a different price when I got to the pay window. That was corrected, but my drink was still wrong. Time to find another location.

Hello today they were out of Grande cups.  Service seemed very slow. I e over 10 minutes wait after order.    Nice people

I am in this Starbucks at least three times a week and I have never had a bad experience in all my time walking through the doors. The staff is always friendly. My coffee is always great. 

Can the lines be long? Yes, but show me a Starbucks with a short line and I will show you a community without good coffee.
