My fish had a hair cooked inside the breading. When I returned it to the counter and was asked by a counter girl if there was a problem,  I showed her the hair. She took it from me then proceeded to take it to her manager where she explained the problem to her and then made another remark of her own. She said the hair didn't look like one of theirs. All the employees were African-American except 1 white male. Yes I am white and offended by the remark. I was offered another dinner and a desert. After dinner had been ruined for me I took my food   and went home. I was a Captain D's manager for 8 years in the Chattanooga and Nashville areas and never once did I ever treat my customers with such disrespect irregardless of their nationality or color of their skin.

Good service the staff friendly. There also was a  woman that had a seizure in the restaurant and the staff was very calm while helping her get stable!

The food was served fast, hot, and freshly cooked. It tasted amazing and the staff were really friendly. I had been craving seafood and there are not very many seafood restaurants near my hometown. I was happy to see a Captain Ds in Millington. All in all, this was a wonderful first experience and the MOD was really kind!

Quick service when i walked in.But when I went to ask another lady a question She about bit my head off. its how you say something that matters.I know to think to twice about going back.

They're service isn't that fast but the food is usually hot. I love their fish
