Can't even give this place a one star. Waited a hour and half to get food and still didn't get our food. Asked a manager about our food and our order wasn't even put into the kitchen. Manager said he personally put our order in, waited another half hour and still wasn't there. We left. 2 more tables after us left as well.

What a disaster. Salads not delivered. Side order of spinach not delivered. Waiter did not know the names of the beer on tap. Check still included charges for the items not delivered. My son's kid pizza came 20 minutes after everyone else ate. A family from NYC had similar issues, and as you can imagine, they were far more vocal.

This is the first time I've really been disappointed in a Westin restaurant. The food was good (not for the $120 bill I got), but the atmosphere and the service was horrific. From the moment we walked into the restaurant, it just felt completely awkward, nothing was comfortable. Our waiter was touch and go at first, which was strange since we were the only table in the whole place. Then by the end of our meal, two other tables had been sat, and we were dead to our waiter. It took 20min to get our check! I was even more upset when I realized our waiter was still getting a $18 tip because of the added gratuity. (We were a table of two, why are we having gratuity added to our tab?!) Incredibly disappointed.
