I absolutely LOVE the staff here!! I am such a regular, they always know what I like or want that day between a few choices. they are very accommodating. also, they are very happy to make me a frappaccino or beverage off of the secret menu!!:) some Starbucks won't even touch it!

This Starbucks is very busy in the mornings!
Waited thirty minutes b/c the mobile orders seem to come first! Had to get back in line for a refund. Never got my drink! They need to add more staff! The evening staff can be rude and unfriendly at times too. Such a disappointment.

This Starbucks remind me of when they originally opened. Friendly, engaging , clean and fun. Most of the ones near us are not as clean and the baristas are not so fun and friendly. Parking can be an issue but the quality of this venue  makes up for it!

Stephanie was my cashier and waiter when I went in for a coffee. Stephanie does not like to give people to change back to them in their hand. She went around on my hand to put it on the counter.  I have noticed this has happened several times with her. I have said something more than once but it doesn't seem to matter.
