This Tim hortons is the closest to my home, and yet, I will drive MILES just to order from a different one. It never fails; old and HARD muffins, burnt bagels and coffee. I just don't understand. Literally 10/10 times everything tastes old and I'm upset when I try to give them another chance. It's disgusting & they clearly don't value their customers, otherwise, they'd serve their food FRESH. My very last visit I requested a "fresh plain bagel"- that's when you know it's bad.

Good and fast service, their donuts are delicious. Great place to have a coffee with family or business meeting.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons i have ever been to. The service is exceptional. . Clean always have all the pastry and donuts in stock.  Very kind and fast. I always go through with a huge order and they get it done quickly.

Excellent customer service.   Drivethrough is convenient.  Once I requested two Boston Creme's.  There were none available yet the vendor fixed me those on the spot asking me if I was willing to wait for 3 minutes.  Yes ofcourse.  That is customer service.

My husband and I got two large double double. My husband was about to take a drink of his coffee and it leaked all over him and it was HOT. And mine was the same way. The coffee was filled up to the rim on both. They don't even taste like double double. Now I used to work at tim hortons and fill up to the rim was a no go because it's was a safty issue. Its not that hard making coffe and filling up a cup. I know this because I did it!!!! Get off your phone and do your job!!.
