Had to wait 15 mins for my drinks with no other orders from the dinning room and one car in the drive thru. Staff was chatting and they had forgotten to check the queue until I walked up to ask about the status of my drinks. At least a 1/3rd of my cup was ice and the hot chocolate was somewhat light on chocolate... yeah. They closed at 10, but we felt like they were rushing us out with 15 mins remaining. At least the cashier was courteous.

People think Sturbucks is an expensive coffee place but if you compare with another coffee shops the difference is about 50 cents and the difference in taste is wayyyyy better. I mean if you love coffee and can taste the difference in quality and flavor

Ummmm.. bad service, they don't even listen, for example, I ordered a purple drink but they gave me this so called" violet drink" that doesn't even exist and it did not taste good. Also, I ordered a VENTI caramel macchiato but they gave me a grande! They didn't give me my receipt either, so I can tell my complaint. Unacceptable!
