Zero stars. Always closed early, always mess up orders, and to top that only one person in the whole store knows the cup sizes.. thus store turns Starbucks into something embarrassing and completely not worth the trip! The staff will kick back and watch you NOT get your mobile order half hour before closing time.

I used a Gift Card for my purchase and the lady at the register asked if I wanted a copy of my receipt and I said no thanks I'm fine. She then asked if I was sure since it had the remaining balance for me to check and I told her I was still fine. I thought that was pretty considerate of her to double check. Reading through some of these bad reviews I thought I'd leave a good note.

I love the environment and frauppinos. And the workers are friendly and helper.

came to get some coffee and end it up taking a coffee cake as well. Best choice I made.

I don't know if the attendant was having a bad hour or a bad day or if she just got the mix wrong but I purchased a Caramel Frapuchino and was totally apalled of the taste, it seemed like they just stir some cream and water and blended with ice. THE CARAMEL TASTE WAS TOTALLY ABSENT!!!!!!!!  Will probably pass by this store to another one or another coffee shop next time - not acceptable from a starbucks!!
