If you are a regular customer, beware of the "premium" charges for items such as bagels, etc. The employees aren't properly trained and don't uniformly charge the same prices. I brought this to their attention by showing them 3 receipts with 3 different prices for the same items I always order. I don't mind paying premium, but fair is fair and you can't have one employee charge some customers less, while others pay more for the same item. The confusion comes from employees lacking the ability to complete an entire sale and constantly handing over an order to another teammate to complete at point of sale.

The staff is very unprofessional if you didn't speak Spanish that would take all other orders.  I was standing in front of the line with my 3yr old daughter and they take three people order in Spanish that were standing behind me and another African American patron...  That speaks for itself...  Never spend your money with these people....
