Value and convenience are gone from this location. Prices increased by 6% and the wait in drive thru was excessive.  It was so bad that people were honking in line. No acknowledgement of the delay at the window. Five staff, a couple customers inside and four cars doesn't constitute a rush.  To top it all off, the sandwich was cool in the center.

Very pleasant young lady waited on me.........enjoyed my coffee and scone.......pleasant atmosphere, but the store was not as clean as it could be.

Starbucks on 48th and Jackson in Coachella...the people are fantastic, been going there for 5yrs. I love 15mins away, we have one 3 mins. Away but I go there cuz they know me and my drink the Batista's are all fantastic..Lisa, Daisy, Brandon, Kayla, Steven, Aaron, Jessica, Kayla, Martha, Louis, Robert, Moe, Miguel, and some new ones I have met and starting to know, my favorite place to go....FANTASTIC PEOPLE!!!

I was driving through from out of town and wanted something to perk me up for the rest of my drive, so I stopped by this location. They had apparently closed 15-20 minutes before their listed closing time according to Google maps. 

Instead of saying "Sorry, we're closed", or saying anything at all, the entire staff chose to ignore me at the window completely. 

I feel like it isn't hard to just acknowledge a person, and it made me feel unimportant and invisible.
