I was passing through the mall today after getting Hawaiian Ice at the entrance. I stopped close to the Starbucks kiosk to eat my delicious coconut flavored ice when the baristas met me with enthusiastic greetings, even though it was 10 til closing. While I didn't order a drink myself I witnessed several people go through the line quickly and efficiently. They were all met by a friendly, heroic staff. Smiling people at 10 til closing deserve all the rewards.

I received exemplary service during my most recent trip to this store.
Allow me to spin my tale.  
It was a hot summer morning, and my compatriots were sluggish from the heat.  We elected to stop in the nearby watering hole (Known in these parts as the humble "Fayette Mall") for sustenance.  By the time we made our way past the horrors of the nearby play area, we were barely holding on.  
But that's when it happened.  Like the fabled Valkyries of yore, the valiant apron clad baristas swooped in, reviving us in record time.  They showered us with iced americanos, whipped cream topped mochas, and the so aptly put "refreshers" of the strawberry variety.  
If I could give more stars than five, believe me, I would.  For on this day, I owe Starbucks my life.

I went to this Starbucks a couple of days ago and the girl at the register was extremely rude to me. Asked me how I was and before I could answer said (pretty loudly) "good? Me too". Just being really smart towards me and like she was trying to rush me. I work at a place (Movie theatre) where you have to deal with rude people everyday. Especially when you're suuuuper busy. I get that it can be hard to work with people sometimes especially when you're busy, like this Starbucks always seems to be, but maybe you guys should work on training your employees to be able to handle anything the mature and proper way if they are going to work in a workplace like this.

Did not have the same experience as previous negative posts. Overall fairly quick and nice staff.
