Decent in-store Starbucks with friendly staff, but they sell out quickly of popular food items (like the Double Bacon Cheddar Croissaint). Also limited food items (e.g., no protein boxes). Staff sometimes messes up orders, but will fix quickly. Takes a while for detailed app receipts to appear in app history because it's not a stand-alone Starbucks store. Sometimes customers are reminded to use their Kroger rewards card, but mostly not.

The girl with the poofy hair and dark framed glasses messed up my drink twice. I took the first one back thinking maybe she made the wrong drink. I always get the café latte with cinnamon dolce. The drink I got had whip cream on top, no cinnamon flavor and did not taste like there was any coffee in it. It tasted more like hot sweet milk.   She didn’t have a very pleasant attitude and seemed as if she was having a bad morning. I got the second one, which tasted exactly the same as the first one. She asked what was wrong, I told her it’s not the same and I know what it taste like because I get it at least once a day, but I’ve never had it from this location.  She tried to debate with me about it, so I shut it down and asked for a refund which neither of the girls knew how to do.  After about 10 minutes she told me to insert my card for the refund. I noticed the price was $3.10, way less than what I paid.  I told her that was unacceptable.   Her response, very dry tone with an attitude was that she could only give me the closest amount that I paid. I asked for a manager at that point, but she informed me there wasn’t one. I waited around for about 10 minutes before she finally figured it out.  Never get a drink made from here unless it’s just a simple coffee. Bad attitude and bad drinks.

I visited today and there was a black male working there that didn't look very happy to be there. At all! He asked if he could help me as if I was inconveniencing him. I had to look up to remember I was at Starbucks and not Family Dollar. He made my drink and after I asked for a few shots of classic in a small cup. Boy was he annoyed. He wanted me to open my cup so he could squirt it on there but I wanted to pour however much I needed to MY liking. Guess I was a b÷,$& for asking. Shrugs.

Staff always Fun and Friendly, they make it so comfortable to be at the Grocery store and relax
