Being that FAMU includes the bus fee into their tuition. I believe my hard earned tuition money shouldn’t be spent on this terrible bus system.

Would it kill y'all to learn to be on time. I mean it's really not that hard to be on schedule. I understand 5 minutes late but 15 is truly pushing it.

To be the capital of a state and to have this kind of service provided is very disgusting. For the public to have faith that these bus route will come in hand is such an understatement because NUMEROUS occasions the bus is either...10-15mins Late, 10 mins too Early, or doesn't even show up at all. We paid for this service either through out of pocket or through tuition but get the short end of the deal. I shouldn't have to call the bus center & still not get an answer to why the bus is very late. This is ridiculous and I'm getting really tired of this town service ANYTHING. To make matters worst it’s ALWAYS the south side (FAMU) that’s ALWAYS need to reroute but FSU ALWAYS get their buses. There’s only 2 buses that goes to FAMU meanwhile FSU got 4-5 buses SO WHY REROUTE FAMU only buses? & NOT tell anyone the day before... Game day no change, rainy day no change, but let FAMU have a football game at 3pm STARMETRO will reroute completely Without telling local on the south side. Is it money not good enough? New Management or FAMU shouldn’t pay STARMETRO for this BS service.

Buses don't show up on time, drivers frequently stop to take breaks. Routes are strange and don't cover as much ground as they should.

More stops should be added to some routes example L on Paul Russell Rd; E up and down Trojan TRL and a drop box should be added to Star metro's office for people who work 8-5.
