We have had State Farm insurance for 34 years. Our family of six moved from Florida to Colorado Springs in 2006 when we began our relationship with Scott Richter's State Farm agency. We cannot be happier. For the past 11 years, Scott's business has served our family with excellence. Lori and Miriam have consistently gone above and beyond, are friendly, knowledgeable, and service-oriented people. BRAVO, Scott, for providing top-notch customer service. Our advice to other potential customers is to avoid being tempted by other companies' offers. Through several hurricanes in Florida, to auto accidents, to burglaries, to hail storms in Colorado, we remain faithful to State Farm because they have been faithful to our family over the decades. Not all agencies are the same, but Scott Richter's is definitely one of the best we have ever had! Many thanks and blessings to you and your great team, Scott!

I have been a customer of State Farm since 1971.  Scott became my agent when he opened his office about 17 years ago.  He has been outstanding.  He is always very professional and most concerned about the coverage that is best for me.  He is available whenever I have special questions, however, his staff is so well trained that I rarely have a question they can't answer.   Scott and his staff are top notch!

Most insurance companies are only attentive when you are in the sales process. Scott and his staff exceeded my expectations.
The have been available to us with their expertise for 5 years.
I have found them to always be professional and caring.
We are lucky to have found them!

I've been insured with Scott's office for almost 10 years.  Scott has always been helpful and his staff are excellent.  My calls are returned promptly, my questions are always answered, and I feel confident in the information given to me by Scott as well as his office staff.  When I did have a pipe burst in my home, Scott actually came over to make sure that everything was being handled correctly.  Very happy with where I'm at....
