Chris Sutherland Office: Representing State Farm (SF), 
 is a very open/direct/and a responsive office. Of course Professional, but also personable (they let me bring my puppy into to office to finalize a couple of policies). The rep I worked with did a great deal of research on my behalf to get a great deal on two auto policies of mine. "This is not your Fathers/Grandfathers State Farm". This is the stability of past, reformed to meet the needs of now.   My favorite SF commercial is the guy with his dog in the truck with their tongues  hanging out the window.

Chris and the agents here at state farm have been nothing but professional. My current agent Paxton is on top of his profession. The customer service from him is over the top. Anytime i have a question, concern, or any confusion i shoot him an email, and no joke in a matter of minutes I get a reply or a phone call. Ive had other companies compare rates on offer lower prices. But due to the professionalism, and the way this team handles customer service, Ill never switch companies. You get what you pay for, and at Chris Sutherlands state farm you cant beat it. Thanks guys!!

We recently switched to State Farm and couldn't be happier!!! Great rates and outstanding service! We had a little one under the weather and Paxton did so much of the work over the phone and when we had to come in and sign papers the office was organized and our visit was quick and efficient! Chris and Paxton are awesome! We will defiantly recommend this office to all our friends.

They have great reviews for a reason.  Colorados so expensive and Crimson let us know that renters is much cheaper when comparing. Can't wait to add my car

In an age where great customer service seems to be non-existent, Chris Sutherland's agency is a rare gem.  We moved to Colorado Springs and needed to find auto & home insurance and the staff here was incredible!  After submitting my info on a generic website to get quotes, I received a personal text from Paxton, one of the team members at this office, and he was so helpful, exceedingly professional and was able to get me the info I needed within minutes.  When we went into the office to set up our policy, the owner, Chris, came out from his office, greeted us, and proceeded to talk to us and ask us about ourselves.  He seemed to take a genuine interest in his customers and we were very impressed!  A few weeks after our policy was set up, I had a question about our policy so I called and spoke to Ericka who was very friendly, informative & professional.  I appreciated that their incredible customer service didn't stop once the sale was made- they've continue to be professional, helpful & friendly!   I would highly recommend Chris Sutherland's agency.
