This office seems to be improving. I recommend them to anyone that needs insurance. I was thinking of leaving last year but they seem to be getting it together lately. Dennis is a great agent and was before but the staff left little to be desired. Seems like he had a lot of turn over that made me nervous but the new gals seem much more competent. I'm going to stay with them a while longer as long as things stay good.

Every time I talk to them my bill goes all over the place. They never ever call you back when they tell you they will, the staff isn't knowledgable and can't answer any questions... Need I go any further?
