The good. Amber Chow was very helpful when we enquired about our homeowner claim. The horrendously bad. When we moved forward to submit our claim, the claim representative deemed it was not covered. I immediately called Amber’s office to seek further details. Queenie advised it was ultimately up to the claim’s adjuster and she sent a message, I will get a call back. During our conversation I heard a loud sigh. Rather than remediate the issue, she was frustrated and confrontational. After the call I called the main state farm number. Ultimately we identified the claim was incorrectly submitted to the weather dept. The lack of effort and urgency to help identify the root cause of the issue by Amber’s staff wad clearly missing. Sending a message and waiting for a response is lazy. I still have not received a call back. Any call at this point is irrelevant as we have resolved the issue ourselves.
Karen Yao has been extremely helpful and patient. The attention to detail has been phenomenal and stays on top of any changes. Also she is very responsive and is able to get back with speedy turnaround. Overall, very pleasant experience and great service.
The agents here are incredibly helpful. Shout out to Maggie Ku for being incredibly diligent, knowledgeable, and caring during every step of our application process. It was fast, easy, and simple!
I highly recommend the Amber Chow agency. I just purchased my automobile insurance through her office with the help of Vincent and can't say enough positive things about the interaction. Vincent was extremely helpful and informative. He made the entire process very easy and after a brief phone call, my insurance policy is all set. Vincent listened to and provided helpful answers to all of my questions, and he guided me toward the most suitable coverage for my needs. Nowadays, it's rare to find such a high level of customer service. I'm glad to have found the Amber Chow Agency.
They are by far best insurance agency I have ever dealt with! Both my agents Karen Yao and Maggie Ku are the best agents I have ever had. They truly make my life easier and have the absolute best customer service. I always feel like I am in great hands with them. Both Karen and Maggie go above and beyond to take care of all my insurance needs at all times. If you are interested in this agency, I highly recommend you request Karen and Maggie as your agents!

I was able to quickly set up my home insurance plan with Vincent, from Amber Chow Insurance Agency. He was very good at explaining the plan to me thoroughly, and the whole process took no longer than 15 minutes from start to finish. Highly recommend.
Needed some documents in a hurry and Karen got them over to me right away. This office was also very helpful and patient when it came time to get condo insurance.
